LEAN: continuous improvement at the heart of our operations

PRECIA MOLEN is deploying the LEAN approach at the heart of its workshops and administrative processes.

Our goal: to create ever more value for our customers. True to our signature 'Every gram counts,' we apply LEAN principles with the same requirement for precision, reliability, and performance that guides the design of our weighing solutions.

This approach is supported by the internal training of Green Belts, accompanied by a Black Belt responsible for operational excellence. Together, they lead continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing flows, reducing waste, ensuring deadlines are met, and improving the quality of products and services delivered to our customers.
